What the Blend Literature Actually Shows
Multi-herb combinations are harder to test than single compounds. You can't do a clean head-to-head comparison when the control group would need to match an entire botanical blend. That said, some trials have tested full proprietary formulas with solid rigor.

The same logic applies when an herb appears in a proprietary blend. Which part of the plant was used? What kind of extract is it? If the label doesn't say, that tells you something important.
